Job Description:

We are looking for customer service Manager who would be able to perform following task

-Manage replacement parts request

-Organization of Kayako tickets

-Follow through on every open issue in CS department

-Weekly reports with outstanding weekly issues

-Follow up email program

-Inquiry emails added to customer service database

-Organization of customer database backend system

-Review system set up to review

-Reviews on our website and other websites

-Report to the manager and owners with findings

  • Replying to customer’s in a timely fashion will be your main responsibility.
  • Will have to respond to customers with questions regarding there Product’s shipment.
  • Reply to the warehouses and their questions regarding Tracking numbers of Purchase Orders, shipment dates and etc.
  • You will have to handle all the e-mails which are forwarded to you from other accounts.
  • You will not forward any CS Issue to any other account, in fact you will get forward e-mails from all other accounts and you will have to handle them.
  • At the end of each day you will provide a Spread Sheet of all the Tickets handled that day. Also, there will be once-a week CS Report.
  • You will have to check if instructions are missing, delivery damages, defective part, etc.
  • you will handle this by reading manuals.
  • There will be another report every Friday, named as Out-of-Stock Report.
  • This is a report of Stocks, which should be sent every Friday to our retailers (wholesale accounts – not the big box). You will have to make a list of ‘Out-of-Stock’ items in an Excel file.
  • Apart from these reports , there will be two Bi-weekly reports.
  • You will have to compile Sales Data from Big Websites, compile Sales Data from the direct sales on our website and sales coming from all other retailers or online sales.
  • Must be able to handle work load.
  • Must have excellent English Skills.
  • This is a very High Stress Position so, Must be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to answer all questions from customers.
  • Must be able to learn all about Argington Products and to be able to up sell.

Skills Required: – Can work under Cloud Network (On-line)

– Can learn and work with Quick Books

– Can handle Kayako

– Knowledge of Gmail

– Excellent English Skills

Excellent Multi tasking Skills
