KU issues form submission schedule of Masters exams


Karachi, University of Karachi (UoK) has issued the schedule for submission of Registration form of M.A/Double M.A and Improvement of Division 2011. The registration forms can be submitted with original Fee of Rs. 2500/- from April 08 to 18, 2013.

Registration forms can be taken at the N.B.P/U.B.L/M.C.B. Counter, Silver Jubilee Gate by paying Rs. 50/-.
The forms will be certified by the Registration Unit (External) Counter No 3-4 at Silver Jubilee Gate and submit in the N.B.P/U.B.L/M.C.B counter after confirmation.

Examinations Department of University of Karachi (UoK) has extended the last date for admission to First Year and Second Year of B.A/ BS.C/ B.Com (Pass) till April 26, 2013 (Friday) with a late fee of Rs. 1000/-. The university has also imposed a condition that the enrolled students must have mandatory attendance by the end of the session under the University rules.

The students will only get admission in the relevant colleges according to the availability of seats as per distribution by the UoK.

Principals of all affiliated Degree Colleges in Arts, Science and Commerce are needed to submit the Pay Orders of late fee in favour of University of Karachi till May 02, 2013 positively. A copy of admission list will be sent to the Enrolment Section of this University.

The University of Karachi was established in June, 1951. The present campus is established on 1279 acres of land, situated 12 Km away from the city center.

Today University is recognized as a leading center of learning and research in the Subcontinent and in the Third World. A number of scientists and scholars affiliated with the University are working in important positions both within and outside Pakistan and have won gratitude and acclaim.

The University has made the Centre of the Third World Academy of Sciences and got distinction in this regard. Students from several foreign countries are also pursuing for the Masters and Doctorate degrees. A large number of students from Karachi and other parts of the country apply for admission here because of its better academic and research principles.
