How To Cook Chicken Koftay :
Mix salt, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, red chilli powder, 1
bread crumbles, cornflour, brown onion powder and yogurt in the minced.
Meat and chop it finely. Make small kofta like balls and keep aside.
Heat oil and fry garlic ginger paste in it.
Now add crushed brown piyaaz and
Yogurt in it with salt and red chilli powder.
Cook it for 15 minutes until it
Becomes a paste and oil separates.
Add water, bring it to boil. add all the
Koftas in it (dont over lap them). cook them for 10-12 minutes, serve it.
