How To Cook testy Chicken Koftay it is very easy

Items :

Ginger Paste 2 Tbsp

Curru Powder 1 tsp

Yogurt 4 Tbsp

Crush Brown Onion 1 Cup

Yogurt 500 gram

Brown Onion 4 Tbsp

Salt to Taste

Chicken Mince 1/2 Kilo

Green Chili (chop) 4 Tbsp

Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

Ginger (chop) 3 Tbsp

Salt to Taste

Corn Flour 2 Tbsp

Onion (chop) 5 Tbsp

Water to Use

How To Cook Chicken Koftay :

Mix salt, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, red chilli powder, 1
bread crumbles, cornflour, brown onion powder and yogurt in the minced.

Meat and chop it finely. Make small kofta like balls and keep aside.

Heat oil and fry garlic ginger paste in it.

Now add crushed brown piyaaz and

Cook it for 15 minutes until it

Becomes a paste and oil separates.

Add water, bring it to boil. add all the
