Planning and execution of “Training Calendar” which aligns with yearly plan.
– Conduct needs assessments to assess employees’ needs for training.
-Responsible for effective personnel management and Recruitment by all mean i.e. record keeping, leave management etc.
-To manage employees data by updating in HRIS.
-Manage and maintain data bank of potential candidates.
-Provide HR administrative functions in the areas of time management, maintaining personnel filing and assisting with employee relations.
– Prepare cost analysis reports.
– To coordinate with HR team & other departments in all aspect of HR activities effectively/efficiently
-Should have good knowledge of HR operations
-Good working knowledge of Ms. Office specially (Excel, Word),
– Good Communication skills,
– Should be Confident
– Interpersonal skills.
