LG has announce the Pocket Photo 2 coming on January 2014.
The South Korean company will debut the second-generation of their “smart” mobile printer at CES 2014 on January 7.
The Pocket Photo 2 – which allows you to print photos on the go from your smartphone – is thinner than its predecessor, with improved battery life to allow the user to print 30 photos on a single charge.
Photos are printed at 600 DPI and comes with support for Android, iOS, and Windows 8. Android users can also edit their photos with the Pocket Photo app.
The device uses ZINK printing technology, which utilises heat to produce “less smearing”. It will be available in pink, jewel white and lime yellow.
LG’s Pocket Photo 2 will initially launch in South Korea before rolling out globally in 2014.
