A screenshot showing the Galaxy S5 running AnTuTu benchmarking software reveals the rest of the phone’s spec sheet.
If accurate, the Galaxy S5 will feature a 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM and a 1080p display. This is, however, only a slight step up over the currently available Galaxy Note 3, so it’s entirely possible these spec leaks are false.

Samsung is expected to be unveiling the Galaxy S5 at its ‘Unpacked’ event at MWC on February 24. Digital Spy will be covering the event live.
